We’ll start with a new addition to the men’s first-team squad. Sofian Chakla has been promoted from the B team and will wear the №22 shirt. More details here.

Once more, it has been a busy weekend of action. The men’s first team won 1–2 at Alavés, thanks to a late winner from academy graduate Fer Niño on his LaLiga debut. The women’s first team also won, beating Valencia B 5–2 thanks to goals from Sheila Guijarro Gómez (2), Aixa Salvador, Lara Mata and Nazaret Segura. They now have four wins in a row in the league.

Villarreal U23s (Villarreal B) also won, beating Orihuela 1–2 thanks to two Sergio Lozano goals. Read the match report here.
